1. Who you are dealing with
Inkora is a trading name of [not filled in yet], registered in Bulgaria under number [not filled in yet], VAT [not filled in yet], at [not filled in yet]. Correspondence: [email protected].
We are the seller. Whatever happens to your order, your contract is with us and it is us you hold to it.
2. What we sell
Everything in this shop is made after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which is why there is no overstock and no waste — and why an item that has already been printed for you cannot simply be put back on a shelf.
Production is carried out by a print partner on our instructions. We choose the partner, we are responsible for the result, and the item is sold to you by us.
3. How an order becomes a contract
Putting something in the basket does not commit you to anything. A contract is formed when your payment succeeds and we confirm the order by e-mail.
Until payment succeeds, nothing is printed. If we cannot fulfil an order after taking payment — a product withdrawn, a partner unable to make it — we cancel it and refund you in full.
4. Prices and postage
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the page and include VAT where it applies. Postage is shown separately and changes with the destination country, because it is the actual cost of sending your item from where it is made.
The postage figure at the checkout is an estimate from our partner's rate table. It is confirmed before your order is submitted for production; if it turns out to be higher than quoted, we bear the difference rather than asking you for more.
5. Delivery
Two things add up to a delivery date: the time to make your item, and the time for the courier to bring it. The estimate shown at the checkout covers both and comes from the partner who will make it.
It is an estimate, not a promise. Customs, weather and courier backlogs are outside anybody's control. If a parcel is materially late we will chase it with the courier, and if it is lost we replace or refund it.
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are handed to you or to somebody you nominated.
6. Changing your mind
Consumers in the EU normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason. That right does not extend to goods made to the consumer's own specification or clearly personalised — Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, and the corresponding provision of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
Everything in this shop is printed for you after you order it, so this exemption applies to it. That is the trade for a shop that holds no stock: the item exists because you asked for it, and there is no shelf to return it to.
This does not touch your rights when something is wrong with the item. Those are next.
7. When something is wrong
If what arrives is misprinted, the wrong size or damaged in transit, that is our problem and not yours. Write to [email protected] within a reasonable time with a photograph, and we will replace the item or refund you — your choice.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under Bulgarian and EU law apply in full and are not limited by anything in these terms.
8. Designs you make here
Anything you draw or upload stays yours. We do not claim ownership of it.
By placing an order you give us the permission we need to print it: to reproduce your design on the item you ordered and to pass it to the print partner making that item, for that purpose only.
A saved design is private. It becomes visible to other people only if you answer the sharing question yourself, and you can change that answer at any time. If you do share it and somebody else orders it, we may show it in the public gallery with whatever name you gave.
9. What may not be printed
You must own the rights to what you upload, or have permission to use it. We do not review every design before it is printed, but we do not knowingly print somebody else's work.
- Anything you do not have the right to use — logos, photographs, artwork, characters
- Anything that incites hatred or violence against people
- Anything sexual involving children, in any form
- Anything that is a criminal offence to produce or possess where it is being made or sent
10. Accounts
You do not need an account to buy anything. If you make one, keep the password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through it.
You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may close an account that is being used to break these terms.
11. Complaints
Write to [email protected] first — most things are settled that way and quickly.
If we cannot settle it between us, you may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg), or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and we keep a copy of each version.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
